2. Is 3Commas safe to use?
Yes! 3Commas is non-custodial and does not hold your funds. Your account connects to exchanges via API keys, which only allow trading—not withdrawals.

3Commas does not hold your funds. All withdrawals must be made directly through your exchange account.
5. How do I fund my exchange account to start trading on 3Commas?
You need to deposit funds directly into your exchange account (e.g., Binance, Bybit, OKX). 3Commas does not hold or process deposits.

17. Can I adjust my DCA bot’s settings after it has started?
Yes, but only new deals will reflect the changes. Existing deals remain unchanged.
18. Why do I get a “Bot will use amount greater than you have on exchange.” warning when trying to set up a bot?
This happens when you don’t have enough balance for the bot’s trade size. Check your funds on the exchange.
19. Can I use 3Commas on a mobile device?

20. What’s the difference between SmartTrade and a trading bot?

22. I’m running a signal bot, but when I open SmartTrade, I can't see my trade.

Even without a paid plan, you should be able to log in.
If you've entered the wrong password too many times, your account may be temporarily locked.
Reset your password via email to unlock it.

Performing a password reset via email confirmation will reset the API connections and unlink your connected exchange accounts - please log-in immediately after resetting your password and re-connect your exchange accounts.
