How to buy a 3Commas subscription?

Access required features with a paid subscription. Bank card and PayPal payment is explained.

IMPORTANT!

You will receive your free trial days right after you connect an exchange to 3Commas after the registration! You don't need to additionally activate the trial!

And the best part of it - you don't have to input credit card information to activate the trial!

The Trial will be on the Pro plan. After the trial expires, you will be moved to a Free plan from which you can choose your next subscription plan. This article will help you understand which subscription plan you might need.

1. Open the Subscription page on the left menu

2. Choose Your Subscription Plan

You can now select from:

  • Monthly Plan

  • Annual Plan

  • Bi-Annual Plan

    • The Bi-Annual Plan offers the best value, with an ongoing 35% discount applied to the total cost.

Both Annual and Bi-Annual are paid with one lump sum upfront. Prices indicated on the screen are the monthly equivalent prices after the annual or bi-annual plan discount has been applied.

⚠️Note

For Annual and Bi-Annual subscriptions, the full amount will be charged immediately for the respective duration.

Let's choose Annual.

3. Click Buy in the subscription you chose

And let's choose the annual Pro plan to purchase.

4. Choose a convenient way to pay

Five options to choose from:

  • Bank card

  • PayPal (not available in some countries)

  • Apple Pay (available only on Safari browser; not available in some countries)

  • Google Pay (available on all browsers except Safari; not available in some countries)

  • Cryptocurrency (not available in some countries; read all about how to pay for the subscription with cryptocurrency)

ℹ️ Not all payment options will be available for some countries.

For example, payment by cryptocurrencies is not available in the UK, USA, Canada or UAE.

5. Make sure to accept Recurring Payment Policy and Refund policy

It is VERY important that you read and understand all of these documents to prevent further questions and possible inconvenience.

For subscriptions that are paid with PayPal, Apple/Google Pay or a bank card, you will have to agree to the Recurring Payment policy. Please, read it carefully and thoroughly:

6. Fill in the payment credentials

  • If you choose to pay with card, enter your bank card credentials in this field:

  • If you choose Apple Pay or Google Pay, you need to log into your account and/or confirm the payment:

    If you have any promotional days, they will remain and will not be lost.

  • If you choose PayPal, log into the PayPal account and follow the steps:

⚠️REMEMBER⚠️

The payment is made right after the confirmation of the payment method!

You can cancel the trial period at any time! And you can get a full refund within 14 days, according to our Refund policy.

8. Recurrent payment reminder!

As you know, PayPal, Apple/Google Pay, or a bank card type of payment activates the recurring payment option.

This option can be canceled anytime after the payment on the Subscription page in the Subscription history tab. This will not cancel your current subscription or trial/promo period.

9. You will see the modal window that your payment is being processed

If you purchase the subscription in the queue and your active subscription has an active recurring payment option, the next payment will be processed on the last day of the subscription and you will see it on the modal window like this:

If the recurring payment is off and you want to extend your subscription and buy one more subscription in a queue, the payment will be made instantly!

10. That's it! 3Commas subscription is yours! We hope you'll enjoy it


If the payment wasn't successful?

To resolve the issue, try to follow the steps below:

  • make sure that the balance of the payment account is sufficient to complete the transaction;

  • if the balance is sufficient but the transaction is still not successful, please contact your bank's support service to clarify the reason why the transaction was rejected;

  • use another bank's card for payment;

  • contact the support service of our payment provider by emailing to [email protected];

  • try purchasing a subscription using cryptocurrency as a payment method.


Check your current subscription

You need to go to the Subscription page and open the Subscription history tab.

There you can Edit the payment method or Cancel the recurrent payment:

PAY ATTENTION!

  1. If you have an active trial period, and you purchase the same subscription, it will be placed in the line and activated right after the trial expires.

  2. If you want to buy an upper subscription plan, you can either put it in the queue or interrupt your current trial period and start the purchased subscription instantly.
