Important Notes:
Canceling a recurring payment does not cancel your active subscription. You will still have access to 3Commas until your subscription period ends.
The recurring payment option is only enabled if you paid with a bank card via Paddle or PayPal.
If you're on the 14-day free trial and entered a payment method (card, PayPal, Apple/Google Pay), recurring billing will be scheduled at the end of your trial. Canceling the recurring payment will prevent auto-renewal after the trial ends, but you'll still have full access during the trial period.
Canceling Recurring Payments via the 3Commas Website
If you originally paid through the 3Commas web interface (Paddle or PayPal):
Go to the Subscription Page.
Open the "Subscription History" tab.
Click the 🚫 Cancel Recurring Payment button.
If You Don’t See the Cancel Button:
If your subscription status shows an expiry date instead of "Recurrent Subscription," the recurring payment is already disabled. You will not be charged again after your subscription expires.
If the 🚫 button is missing, recurring payments were never enabled, so no further charges will be made.
If no action buttons are visible, try scrolling the table sideways to find them.
Canceling Recurring Payments via Google Pay
If you paid using Google Pay, manage your recurring payment through the Google Payments Center.
Canceling Recurring Payments via Apple Pay
If you paid using Apple Pay, cancel your subscription through Apple’s Subscription Management.
What Happens After Canceling?
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period.
Once your trial or paid subscription expires, you’ll be automatically placed on the Free plan, which supports demo trading only. You can upgrade again at any time.
