Message: “Oops, you have a ____ plan! To launch more bots please upgrade your plan.”
This message means you’ve reached the bot limit of your current subscription.
View plan limits here:
To remove the limitation, upgrade to a higher plan from your account settings.
One of your subscriptions is not yet activated. To upgrade your plan, cancel inactive subscriptions in the table below. | You have one or more subscriptions that are planned but haven't started yet. To manage subscriptions, go to the Subscription History section.
This means you already have a queued subscription.
A queued subscription is a paid plan that starts after your current active plan ends.
You can only queue one subscription at a time. Promo codes can only be applied to the next active subscription.
What to do:
Visit your Subscription History.
Locate any queued subscriptions in the list.
Wait until the queued plan activates, then apply your promo code.
Why was I charged again if I already have an active plan?
If you buy another plan while your current subscription is active, the new plan is queued.
This means the new plan is paid for now and starts after your current plan ends.
For example, if your current annual plan ends in April 2027 and you buy another annual plan, the new plan starts in April 2027 and ends in April 2028.
To check this, go to Subscription History and compare each payment with the subscription start and end dates.
Google Pay Not Detected

Steps to resolve:
Ensure your Google Pay wallet is active and has a linked credit card.
On Google Chrome desktop, make sure the setting:
"Allow sites to check if you have payment methods saved" is turned ON.
(Settings > Autofill and Passwords > Payment methods)
This setting is typically enabled by default.
Trouble Starting Your Free Trial?
If you're unable to activate the 7-day free trial during registration, check the following:
A valid payment method is required. Free trials can only be started by entering a supported payment method (bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal).
Cryptocurrency is not supported for trials. Because trials require a recurring payment method, crypto cannot be used to activate the trial.
No charges are made. Adding your card is required only for activation. You will not be billed until the trial ends and we’ll remind you 3 days before that happens.
Already activated? If you previously started a trial or have an active subscription in your account, a new trial may not be offered.
Important: If you skip the trial during signup, you will be placed on the Free plan. To upgrade later, go to your Subscription page.
