AI Assistant: Common Error Messages and What They Mean

Learn what different AI Assistant messages mean and how to fix them.

The AI Assistant is available only on the Starter, Pro, and Expert subscription plans (including active trials) launched on October 28, 2025. Powered by Google’s Gemini models, the AI Assistant helps you configure strategies, run backtests, and launch bots directly from chat. If you see any of the messages below while using the AI Assistant, check what they mean and how to resolve them.

Monthly prompt limit reached, come back later

  • You’ve used your monthly AI Assistant allowance. Your allowance depends on your plan and resets every 30 days. Approximate monthly limits are: Free 500k tokens, Starter 1M tokens, Pro 3M tokens, and Expert 10M tokens.

  • Your AI token limit resets once per month, on the same day of the month your current subscription period started. After it resets, you can use the Assistant again without changing your plan.

  • You'd need to wait until your next monthly reset for your tokens to refresh automatically.

AI Assistant is not available on your current plan

Your current plan doesn’t include AI Assistant access. This feature is available only on Starter, Pro, and Expert plans (including trials). You'd need to upgrade your plan from the Web.
