Powered by the Gemini Flash 2.5 model, the AI Assistant helps you configure strategies, run backtests, and launch bots directly from chat. If you see any of the messages below while using the AI Assistant, check what they mean and how to resolve them.
Monthly prompt limit reached, come back later
You’ve used your monthly token allowance for AI Assistant messages. Each plan includes up to 1 million tokens per month which should cover 20–100 strategy configurations or around 1,000 user queries. You'd need to wait until the end of your billing cycle for your tokens to reset automatically.
AI Assistant is not available on your current plan
Your current plan doesn’t include AI Assistant access. This feature is available only on Starter, Pro, and Expert plans (including trials). You'd need to upgrade your plan from the Web.
AI Assistant is currently unavailable (iOS only)
This message appears if:
You’re on a Legacy plan, which does not include AI Assistant access, or
You’ve reached your current plan’s usage limits.
Log in to 3Commas Web to view the current subscription plans and upgrade to a plan that includes AI Assistant.
