Refund Eligibility
Before submitting a refund request, please make sure of the following:
Cancel Recurring Payments:
Go to the Subscription History page and cancel any recurring payments if enabled for your account.
If you don’t cancel recurring payments, you may be charged automatically again.

Check Your Subscription’s Refund Eligibility: When you purchased your 3Commas subscription plan, you agreed to our recurring payments and refund policies, which outline the terms of your subscription.
3Commas Monthly Subscription Refund
First-Time Purchase: A full refund is available if requested within 14 days of the first purchase.
Beyond 14 Days: No refunds will be issued according to the Refund Policy.
Second and Subsequent Purchases: A refund is available only if requested within 24 hours of purchase.
3Commas Annual and Bi-Annual (2-Year) Subscription Refund
First-Time Annual or Bi-Annual Purchases:
Full refund: Available if requested within 14 days of payment.
Partial refund: May be available after the 14-day period according to the Refund Policy.
Second and Subsequent Annual or Bi-Annual Subscriptions:
Full refund: Available if requested within 24 hours of purchase.
Partial refund: Available if requested within 180 days of purchase.
No refunds will be issued after 180 days.
Refund Calculation:
Refunds are calculated by deducting the used months at the total undiscounted monthly cost (no promotional or discounted pricing applied).
Example: If you purchased a yearly subscription and have used it for 3 months and 2 days, the refund will deduct 4 used months.
Using 3Commas until the end of your payment month will not affect your refund amount.

Marketplace Subscription Refund
Within 24 Hours of Payment: A full refund is available if requested within 24 hours of successful payment.
After 24 Hours but Within 14 Days: You are eligible for a partial refund (remaining days will be proportionally refunded).
After 14 Days: No refund is available.
