Before submitting a refund request:
Please make sure to cancel the recurring payment on the Subscription History page, if it is enabled for your account. If you don’t do this, you may be charged automatically again. The policy that explains automatic renewal is located here.
Check if your subscription is eligible for a refund under the Refund Policy before submitting a refund request. When you initially purchased your 3Commas subscription plan, you accepted our recurring payments and refund policies from the payments page, which explains the terms of your subscription.
3Commas Monthly Subscription Refund:
If you have made a request within 14 days of the first purchase, you will receive a full refund. For second and subsequent purchases, the grace period for refunds is 24 hours.
If your request comes more than 14 days after your initial purchase, no refund will be available according to the Refund Policy.
3Commas Annual and Bi-Annual (2-Year) Subscription Refund:
For first-time purchases of the annual subscription, if a request is made within 14 days of payment, you will receive a full refund.
After the 14-day period, you may still be partially refunded according to the Refund Policy.
For second and subsequent annual subscriptions, full refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase, with partial refunds up to 180 days after purchase. No refunds will be issued after 180 days.
Please keep in mind that we do not prorate months. If, for example, you bought a yearly subscription and have been using it for 3 months and 2 days, you will receive a refund deducting 4 used months at the total undiscounted monthly cost (without any promotional or discounted pricing that was applied at the time of payment).
If you’d like to keep using 3Commas until the end of your payment month, we encourage you to do so, as this will not alter your refund amount. Payment amounts and dates can be found on the Subscriptions Payments page. You can request a refund closer to the end of your payment month and continue to use the 3Commas software until it is canceled.
Marketplace Subscription Refund:
If you have made a request within 24 hours after successful payment, you will receive a full refund.
If you have made a request later than 24 hours but within 14 days after the successful payment - you are eligible to get a partial refund (the remaining days will be proportionally refunded).
If you make a request more than 14 days after the payment - no refund is available.
