How to Claim a Refund

Learn about the 3Commas Refund Policy for both 3Commas and Marketplace subscriptions.

If you still wish to proceed with a refund, please carefully read the instructions below.

Refund Eligibility

Before submitting a refund request, please make sure of the following:

  • Cancel Recurring Payments:

    • Go to the Subscription History page and cancel any recurring payments if enabled for your account.

    • If you don’t cancel recurring payments, you may be charged automatically again.

    • The policy explaining automatic renewal can be found here.

  • Check Your Subscription’s Refund Eligibility: When you purchased your 3Commas subscription plan, you agreed to our recurring payments and refund policies, which outline the terms of your subscription.


3Commas Monthly Subscription Refund

  • First-Time Purchase: A full refund is available if requested within 14 days of the first purchase.

  • Beyond 14 Days: No refunds will be issued according to the Refund Policy.

  • Second and Subsequent Purchases: A refund is available only if requested within 24 hours of purchase.

3Commas Annual and Bi-Annual (2-Year) Subscription Refund

  • First-Time Annual or Bi-Annual Purchases:

    • Full refund: Available if requested within 14 days of payment.

    • Partial refund: May be available after the 14-day period according to the Refund Policy.

  • Second and Subsequent Annual or Bi-Annual Subscriptions:

    • Full refund: Available if requested within 24 hours of purchase.

    • Partial refund: Available if requested within 180 days of purchase.

    • No refunds will be issued after 180 days.

  • Refund Calculation:

    • Refunds are calculated by deducting the used months at the total undiscounted monthly cost (no promotional or discounted pricing applied).

    • Example: If you purchased a yearly subscription and have used it for 3 months and 2 days, the refund will deduct 4 used months.

    • Using 3Commas until the end of your payment month will not affect your refund amount.

Marketplace Subscription Refund

  • Within 24 Hours of Payment: A full refund is available if requested within 24 hours of successful payment.

  • After 24 Hours but Within 14 Days: You are eligible for a partial refund (remaining days will be proportionally refunded).

  • After 14 Days: No refund is available.
