Refund Eligibility
Before submitting a refund request, please make sure of the following:
Cancel Recurring Payments:
Go to the Subscription History page and cancel any recurring payments if enabled for your account.
If you don’t cancel recurring payments, you may be charged automatically again.

Check Your Subscription’s Refund Eligibility: When you purchased your 3Commas subscription plan, you agreed to our recurring payments and refund policies, which outline the terms of your subscription.
Refund eligibility is based on the current Refund Policy (effective from 18 Dec 2025).
3Commas Monthly Subscription Refund
First monthly payment:
A full refund is available if requested within 15 days of the first subscription payment.
If you used a 7-day free trial immediately before your first payment, that trial period is counted inside the 15-day window. In that case, the 15-day refund window starts when your trial starts. For example, if you start a 7-day trial and then pay, you have 8 days after the first payment to request a refund for that first payment.
If you used a free trial but did not purchase at that time, the 15-day refund window starts from the date of your first subscription payment.
Second and subsequent monthly payments
A full refund is available only if requested within 24 hours of the payment date.
After 24 hours, no refunds are available for that billing period.
3Commas Annual Subscription Refund
First annual payment:
A full refund is available if requested within 15 days of the first annual subscription payment.
If you used a 7-day free trial immediately before your first payment, that trial period is counted inside the 15-day window. In that case, the 15-day refund window starts when your trial starts. For example, if you start a 7-day trial and then pay, you have 8 days after the first payment to request a refund for that first payment.
If you used a free trial but did not purchase at that time, the 15-day refund window starts from the date of your first subscription payment.
Partial refunds are no longer available for long-term subscriptions.
Second and subsequent annual payments
A full refund is available only if requested within 24 hours of the payment date.
No partial refunds are available after 24 hours.
