FAQ

1. How is the discounted price calculated?

The discount is calculated by applying the following formula:

Annual Subscription Price Formula = ROUND (Monthly Price * Sale%) * 12

Example:

Pro Plan on Easter Sale = ROUND (49 * 0.3) * 12 = 15 * 12 = 180$

By purchasing the subscription, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, 3Commas Terms of Use and Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, you shall not purchase it.

2. What is the difference between each subscription plan?

3. How can I take advantage of the Easter Sale offer if, after my current subscription, I have the promo code in a queue?

You can cancel the promo code in the queue, then purchase one of the new subscription plans with the Easter Sale discount, and then enter the promo code again.

4. Is there a promo code required for the Easter Sale promotion?

No, there is no need for a promo code. The Easter Sale promotion has already been applied to your account and can be viewed on the Subscription page here.

5. If my subscription automatically renews during the Easter Sale, will it have the Easter Sale discount automatically applied?

No, if your subscription was purchased before the Easter Sale 2025 and you have recurring payments enabled, then it will automatically renew with the standard 3Commas pricing without the Easter Sale discount applied.

To take advantage of the Easter offer, please cancel the recurring payment on the Subscription History page and then purchase one of the plans during the Christmas sale period.

6. What happens if I accidentally purchase the wrong plan?

Don't worry. You can upgrade to a higher annual plan level during the sale period; any unused time on your plan will be used to reduce the cost of the new plan level you choose.

7. I pay for the subscription in my local currency. When will the rates be calculated?

The rates for the subscriptions will be calculated on April 14th.

If you purchase a subscription on your mobile app, the currency conversion rates are set by the AppStore and Google Play.

8. Will my money be charged instantly after I purchase a new subscription?

If you extend the subscription:

  • Crypto payment:

    • it is taken immediately;

  • Fiat payment:

    • if recurring is already enabled, payment is not taken immediately, only when it's due;

    • if recurring is not enabled, then the payment is taken immediately.

If you upgrade the subscription:

  • Payment is taken immediately (if there is no credit on your internal balance).

9. Will Marketplace signals or 3C Apps Store items have a discount?

As these services are provided by 3rd parties, they are not included in the 3Commas promotion, as 3Commas does not set or control these prices. However, please check your favorite provider on the Marketplace or 3C Apps Store pages to see if they have updated their prices to coincide with the sale period!

11. On the Subscription page, I don't see the subscription plans lower than I have now. Where can I see them to compare?

Head to the https://3commas.io/pricing page where you can see all the plans, prices, features and limitations available for each plan.

12. What if I want to change my plan during the Trial period?

You can upgrade to the Expert plan at any time during the Trial period.

13. If I created a payment request and didn't finish, will I still be charged?

No, you can cancel the payment procedure at any time before you confirm the payment, and you won't be charged. You can start over or edit a few steps before if needed.
