Stack - you can purchase a subscription instantly, but it will be placed in the queue - it will start only after the current subscription ends. It can be added even if the recurring payment is enabled. With recurring subscription you are just unable to stack the same subscription with the same duration - just keep the recurring payment on and your subscription will be extended automatically.

Stack / Upgrade - you can choose to convert (upgrade) the current subscription immediately or put it in the queue, so it begins as soon as your active subscription plan expires.

FAQ

I have an old subscription, but I want to take advantage of these changes and purchase a new plan. What should I do?

After November 21st, you are able to choose any type of plan you would like to purchase. It doesn't matter if the recurring payment is active or not.

If you have an active recurring payment, you can purchase the desired plan anyway. The recurring payment will be automatically applied to your new subscription.

If I want to upgrade my old subscription plan to the new plan with lower limits, what will happen to my active bots/deals?

  • If the number of active bots/trades does not correspond to the features (or number of features) available for the new Pro, then the extra bots will be stopped (but the deals will be active).

  • When switching, the system will take all the bots, sort them by ID from the earliest (smallest) to the latest (largest), and stop the latest ones that don't fit into the new subscription.

I have an old Free plan. What kind of Free plan did it become after March 1st, 2024?

After March 1, 2024, all users have one type of Free plan for all. More details about this plan can be found in this article:

I don't have a subscription right now, and I see new subscription plans on my Subscription page. Can I purchase an old plan subscription?

Unfortunately, there is no way to purchase one of the old subscriptions now.

What will happen when my purchased new lower subscription plan begins?

If you have created more SmartTrades than your new plan level supports, then you will not be able to create any new SmartTrades until the active SmartTrades are lower than the amount supported on your new plan level.
If you have more DCA or Grid bots than supported by your new plan level, the system will sort your bots according to the date they were created and disable the newest bots above the number supported by your new plan level.

What if my subscription expires and I don't purchase a new plan?

Even if your account doesn't have an active subscription for a significant time, your active trades will remain operational, but you will not be able to create new SmartTrades. Any enabled bots will be stopped; any DCA bot deals that were active will not be disrupted and will remain running.

I have an old Pro plan, and I run more than 250 DCA bots/50 Grid bots. Looks like even an Expert plan won't meet my requirements. What should I do?

You don't have to worry if you have an active recurring payment enabled for your old Pro subscription.

If you don't, and your subscription expires soon, you need to manually lower the number of active bots. Otherwise, the newest created bots will be automatically stopped.

If I don't like new plans, will I be able to move back to old ones?

Unfortunately, after November 21st, old subscription plans are not available for purchase.

If I have an active old subscription that I purchased in the mobile app and the recurring payment is active, how would I move to new plans?

If you want to change to a new plan, you need to cancel the recurring payment and wait till the current subscription expires. Then, you may purchase a new subscription using the same method.

If you want to keep an old subscription, make sure that the recurring payment is active. All existing recurring payments remained active after November 21st, which keeps you on our old plans until the recurring payment is canceled.

I have a promo code for a free old subscription that I didn't use. What happened to it after November 21st?

All unused/unexpired Promo сodes days in the database are swapped from the old plans to the new plans:

Starter -> Beginner

Advanced -> new Pro

Old Pro -> Expert

How do I cancel my subscription and get a refund?

You need to cancel the recurring payment option or the subscriptions that are in the queue:

Then you need to request a refund as per this article:
How to claim a refund.

Which subscription plan allows me to connect a sub-account?

You can connect Binance sub-accounts only on Expert plan and only manually. Sub-accounts for other exchanges can be connected on any subscription plan. More info about plans limitations can be found in this article - Available Subscriptions.
