Biennial plans removed

We’ve permanently removed two‑year (biennial) subscription plans from public purchase and upgrade flows.

  • Existing biennial subscriptions will continue as-is until the subscriber cancels or the term naturally expires.

  • Once a biennial plan is canceled or expires, it cannot be renewed or reactivated as a two‑year plan.

  • Biennial plans may return in the future as limited, exclusive promotions. If that happens, eligibility and availability will be communicated with the promo.

What changes for new and existing customers

  • New customers

    • Two‑year billing options are no longer available at checkout.

  • Existing customers on a biennial plan

    • No immediate changes. Your plan remains active with the same features and price terms through the end of the current two‑year period.

    • You can continue to use your plan until you cancel or the term ends.

    • If your plan ends or you cancel, you will need to choose from the currently available plans and billing periods. Returning to a two‑year cycle will not be possible.

  • Downgrades or upgrades

    • If you switch away from your current biennial plan, you will not be able to switch back to a two‑year option.

  • Can I buy a new two‑year plan?

    • No. Two‑year billing is no longer offered for new purchases.

  • What happens at my next renewal?

    • If you are on an active biennial subscription, it will continue until you cancel or it expires. After it ends, re‑subscribing on a two‑year term will not be possible.

  • Will two‑year plans ever come back?

    • Possibly as time‑limited, exclusive promotions. Any future availability will be announced with promo details, including who can participate and how to redeem.

  • Can support renew my two‑year plan after it expires?

    • No. Once a biennial subscription is canceled or expires, it cannot be renewed on the two‑year term.
