At 3Commas, we’re dedicated to providing you with excellent support, whether you need help with the software, have questions about features, want to make suggestions, or encounter any issues. This article will walk you through the different ways you can reach out to our Support Team for timely and effective assistance.


To reach out to our support team via the web widget, follow these steps:

  • Locate and click on the widget in the bottom-right corner of any 3Commas page to open the support window and then click on "Send us a message" where you can type your question or concern.

IMPORTANT

  • If you don’t respond within 10 minutes, the bot will close the chat automatically.

  • After clicking Ask a Question, ensure you enter your question text to initiate support.

Note

This widget is available 24/7, and our support team will respond as quickly as possible.

Via Mobile App

For users on mobile, you can access support as follows:

  • Open the app and go to "Settings."

  • Tap "Help" and then "Support" to access the support widget.

  • You’ll see a support screen similar to the web version.

Via Email

If you encounter an issue (e.g. login problems), you can contact us via email:

  • Make sure to send the request from the email address associated with your 3Commas account.

  • For security, we recommend that you avoid using alternative email addresses when contacting support.
