What is a Data Subject Access Request?

A Data Subject Access Request (DSAR) allows you to request access to the personal data 3Commas holds about you. This includes the following rights:

  • Confirmation of whether your personal data is being processed.

  • Details of the categories of personal data being processed.

  • Information about the purposes of data processing.

At 3Commas, your privacy is our priority. We adhere to a comprehensive Privacy Notice detailing the data collected and processed when you create an account.

You can request a copy of your data by submitting a DSAR. Most requests are processed within 30 days, but in rare cases, the timeline may extend up to 90 days. If an extension is needed, you’ll receive email updates.


How to Submit a DSAR to 3Commas

Submitting a DSAR is simple and straightforward:

1. Enable Email Notifications

Ensure you are not blocking messages from [email protected].

2. Submit Your Request

  • Navigate to the User Settings page on your 3Commas account.

  • Click the DSAR Request button.

  • Confirm your submission by clicking the Generate Request button.

3. Check Your Email

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email titled “Your Personal Information Request” to verify your request has been received.

  • Within 7 to 30 days, you’ll receive a second email containing links to download your personal data files.

Important

  • Extended Processing Time: In rare cases, processing may take up to 90 days. If delayed, you’ll receive email updates.

  • Frequency of Requests: DSAR requests are limited to one request every 30 days.

  • Automatic DSAR for Account Deletions: If you delete your 3Commas account, a DSAR will automatically be submitted, and you’ll receive a copy of your data as part of the deletion process.

  • Email Delivery: The final email will be sent to the email address associated with your 3Commas account.


What Happens Next?

Once you receive the email with your data, you can download the files to review the personal information held by 3Commas.
