Why are accounts deleted?
If an account hasn’t been accessed or used for trading or subscriptions for 2 years or more, it is considered inactive. These accounts are deleted to:
- Protect your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy – EEA and Privacy Policy – Non-EEA 
- Maintain compliance with our Terms of Service – EEA and Terms of Service – Non-EEA 
- Ensure system resources are focused on active users. 
 
What happens before deletion?
- Email notification: You’ll receive an email letting you know your account is inactive and scheduled for deletion. You’ll have 7 days to reactivate simply by logging in. 
- Deletion confirmation: If you don’t log in during that period, you’ll receive a second email confirming that your account has been permanently deleted. 
 
What happens after deletion?
- Your account and its data are permanently removed. 
- Some records (like invoices or legally required information) may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy. 
- Deleted accounts cannot be restored automatically. If you wish to use 3Commas again, you’ll need to create a new account. 
 
How to keep your account active
To avoid deletion, just log in to your 3Commas account within the 7-day notice period. This reactivates your account immediately.
