Why are accounts deleted?
If an account hasn’t been accessed or used for trading or subscriptions for 2 years or more, it is considered inactive. These accounts are deleted to:
Protect your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy – EEA and Privacy Policy – Non-EEA
Maintain compliance with our Terms of Service – EEA and Terms of Service – Non-EEA
Ensure system resources are focused on active users.
What happens before deletion?
Email notification: You’ll receive an email letting you know your account is inactive and scheduled for deletion. You’ll have 7 days to reactivate simply by logging in.
Deletion confirmation: If you don’t log in during that period, you’ll receive a second email confirming that your account has been permanently deleted.
What happens after deletion?
Your account and its data are permanently removed.
Some records (like invoices or legally required information) may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
Deleted accounts cannot be restored automatically. If you wish to use 3Commas again, you’ll need to create a new account.
How to keep your account active
To avoid deletion, just log in to your 3Commas account within the 7-day notice period. This reactivates your account immediately.
