The new iOS mobile app is not available in my country, how to install it?
Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about it. But you can create a shortcut on your main screen and use it as an app.
Why did we release a new application?
The old application has been around since 2018 and contains a lot of outdated legacy code. This has hindered our ability to promptly implement new features and fix bugs.
The new version was meticulously crafted from the ground up, drawing from past experiences. Our aim is to promptly deliver a desktop-like experience to our users.

Can I turn on the Dark mode? I couldn't find this feature.
This feature is now available, and the mode replicates the mode of your device - if the device is in the Dark mode, the 3Commas application will automatically be in the Dark mode.
Can I purchase the subscription on the mobile app?
Yes, you can purchase a subscription in the mobile application. Also, mobile applications support prices from different offers like Black Friday.
On the application, I can't see the SmartTrades created with the Signal bot. How should I manage them?
The current version of the app does not support the filter displaying the SmartTrades created by the Signal bot. This feature is under development and will be implemented in the next releases. We are sincerely sorry for the temporary inconvenience.
I'm used to the old application. Can I keep using it?
The old applications stopped their support on December 20th. So, the only option to use an application is to download a new version.
I just found out that I need to install a new 3commas app from the link instead of directly searching at the Google Play Store. Why is that?
The app may not be available in all locations. If you are in a sanctioned area (or using a VPN), then you would have to use the URL to find it in the store.
I installed the new 3Commas mobile app for iOS. When viewing open deals, it doesn’t sort them properly in order by percentage.
