Got an idea for a cool new feature or a suggestion to improve 3Commas? Find out how to submit your request and vote on other user ideas!

Updated over 3 months ago

If you're interested in staying updated with the latest developments at 3Commas, including our Changelog and Release Notes, you can visit our Feedback Center. There, you can find all the details and keep track of new features and improvements. We appreciate your engagement and look forward to your feedback!

3Commas is excited to announce feedback.3commas.io, our interactive user feedback solution with a built-in dynamic public roadmap.

Any 3Commas user with an active account is welcome and also encouraged to post features or improvements they’d like to see considered for development to help shape the future of the 3Commas service and bring to life features that you’d love to have and increase your trading profitability and enjoyment.

You can even upvote your favourite features that have been requested by other users of 3Commas; upvoting is a powerful tool that will help our development teams to prioritise the most popular requested features.

Additionally, you will automatically get notifications when new comments are added to a feature request you submit, when the status of the task changes and also when the task is marked as complete!

Every month, the top voted features will be reviewed by our Product Development Team, as all feature requests are subject to a feasibility study to ensure they are possible to achieve before adding to the roadmap. Some features may be held back due to “blocking tasks” that may need to be performed to allow a requested feature’s development to begin.

As with any public forum, there are some ground rules:

  1. No swearing please.

  2. Treat others with the same courtesy and respect you’d hope to receive yourself.

  3. No promotion of other services or products.

How do I create a Feature Request?

Great question! Feature requests can be submitted by heading over to feedback.3commas.io and creating an account.

Once you are logged-in, you can browse features already requested by other users; and upvote the ones you like:

To submit a new feature, we'd first recommend you take a look at other peoples' suggestions to find those you feel are written well and are easy to understand, so you can use this as a template for composing your own suggestion.

Now click the "New Post" button:

Then on the form that is displayed:

  1. Give your request a short clear name

  2. Choose the part of 3Commas that your Feature Request applies to

  3. Enter a detailed description of what you'd like to see and how you would expect it to work. The more detail you add, the better!

  4. Once you are happy, click done!

IMPORTANT: When your request is submitted it will be sent for moderation which may take up to 48 hours before your suggestion will become visible for yourself and other users to see!

Once your post is published, you can come back at anytime to add additional comments or create more suggestions.

Are Feature Requests Moderated?

Yes, all new feature requests are subject to moderation by our team.

This is because the requests are curated, duplicate feature requests are merged into one single request (don't worry, any votes and comments are carried across and merged too!)

This is to ensure that the quality of feedback presented to our development team is of a high quality to make the process as efficient as possible.

Moderation may take as long as 48 hours, although many requests will be approved within an hour.

Will all Features be developed and added to 3Commas?

All feature requests are subject to a feasibility study to ensure they are possible to achieve before adding to the roadmap. Some features may be held back due to “blocking tasks” that may need to be performed to allow a requested feature’s development to begin.

Also, please note that prioritisation for the development teams is ordered by service performance and security, regulatory requirements and then by feature requests with the most upvotes.

Due to the nature of crypto being a volatile and changing market, at times tasks can be updated to have a different priority, we cannot guarantee every suggestion will be developed.
