Mobile Application: FAQ

Find an answer to your most common questions about the 3Commas mobile app.

Updated this week

The mobile app isn’t available in my country. How can I use it?

If the app isn’t visible in your app store, you can create a shortcut that acts like an app:

  • Open 3Commas.io in Safari or Chrome on your mobile browser.

  • Tap the Share icon:

  • Select Add to Home Screen:

  • You’ll now have a shortcut that mimics the mobile app with full web functionality.

Can I use bots in Demo mode?

Yes — both Free and paid plan users can use bots in Demo mode.

  • Free plan: Up to 10 active DCA bots and 10 active Grid bots (Demo only)

  • Paid plans: Full access to Demo bots and advanced features.

  • Demo SmartTrades are also available with no restrictions.

Free plan users can only trade in Demo mode. Real trading is not available.

I can’t find some settings or features from the desktop version.

If you don’t see a specific feature or setting on the mobile app that’s available on the website, it may not yet be supported in the app. For the full functionality — including advanced bot management, analytics, and trade customization — we recommend using the desktop site or mobile browser.

We're continuing to expand app capabilities, and your feedback helps us prioritize what to add next.

I’m confused by performance data. It doesn’t seem accurate.

Bot and portfolio statistics may take a few seconds to update. To refresh your balances or PnL:

  • Pull down on the Portfolio screen.

  • Wait a few moments for sync, especially after switching between Real and Demo accounts.

If this issue continues, please contact Support.

Is Dark Mode available?

Yes. The mobile app follows your device’s system settings. If your phone is in Dark Mode, the 3Commas app will match it automatically.

Why isn’t the app in my local language?

Language support is currently limited but expanding. If your language is not available, stay tuned — additional translations are coming.

Something’s missing. Can I request a feature?

Absolutely! Submit your feature ideas directly via this form:
