What’s special about Black Friday 2025?
This year, we are introducing separate offers for new and existing users, including our largest-ever discount on Expert annual plans. To take advantage of this, you need to log into your 3Commas account using your web browser and head to the Subscription page. You must agree to and comply with these Terms and Conditions and the general Terms of Use.

Do old users without a previous subscription qualify for new-user pricing?
Yes, if you have never had an active paid subscription, you are counted as a new user even if the account was created long ago.
How is the discounted price calculated?
Monthly plan discounts are calculated directly from the monthly base price.
Discounted Monthly Price = Monthly Base Price – (Monthly Base Price × Discount %)
Example: Expert Monthly Plan
Base price: $200
Discount: 50%
Calculation: $200 – (200 × 0.50) = $100
Final price = $100 for 1 month
Annual plans are calculated using the monthly base price, applying the discount, then multiplying by 12.
Discounted Annual Price = (Monthly Base Price × Sale%) × 12
Example: Pro Annual Plan
Base monthly price: $50
Discount: 40%
Sale%: 100% - 40% = 60%
Discounted Annual price: ($50 × 0.60) × 12 = $360
Final price = $360 per year

How can I take advantage of the Black Friday offer if, after my current subscription, I have the promo code in a queue?
You can cancel the promo code in the queue, then purchase one of the subscription plans with the Black Friday discount. After your purchase, please contact Support so we can provide you with a new promo code to replace the one you cancelled.
Is there a promo code required for the Black Friday promotion?
No, there is no need for a promo code. The Black Friday promotion has already been applied to your account and can be viewed on the Subscription page here.
If my subscription automatically renews during Black Friday, will it have the Black Friday discount automatically applied?
No, if your subscription was purchased before the Black Friday 2025 sale and you have recurring payments enabled, then it will automatically renew with the standard 3Commas pricing without the Black Friday discount applied.
To take advantage of the Black Friday offer, please cancel the recurring payment on the Subscription History page and then purchase one of the plans during the Black Friday sale period.
What happens if I accidentally purchase the wrong plan?
Don't worry. You can upgrade to a higher annual plan level during the sale period; any unused time on your plan will be used to reduce the cost of the plan level you choose.

I pay for the subscription in my local currency. When will the rates be calculated?
The rates for the subscriptions will be calculated on November 26th.
Will my money be charged instantly after I purchase a new subscription?
If you extend the subscription:
Crypto payment:
it is taken immediately.
Fiat payment:
if recurring is already enabled, payment is not taken immediately, only when it's due;
if recurring is not enabled, then the payment is taken immediately.
If you upgrade the subscription:
Payment is taken immediately (if there is no credit on your internal balance).
Will Marketplace signals or 3C Apps Store items have a discount?
As these services are provided by 3rd parties, they are not included in the 3Commas promotion, as 3Commas does not set or control these prices. However, please check your favorite provider on the Marketplace or 3C Apps Store pages to see if they have updated their prices to coincide with the sale period!

On the Subscription page, I don't see the subscription plans lower than I have now. Where can I see them to compare?
Head to the https://3commas.io/pricing page where you can see all the plans, prices, features and limitations available for each plan.
What if I want to change my plan during the Trial period?
You can upgrade to the Pro or Expert plan at any time during the Trial period.
If I created a payment request and didn't finish, will I still be charged?
No, you can cancel the payment procedure at any time before you confirm the payment, and you won't be charged. You can start over or edit a few steps before if needed.
Will my current plan time be used as a pro-rata discount if I upgrade to a new plan?
Yes, if you upgrade to a new plan during the Black Friday sale, any unused time on your current subscription will be calculated as a pro-rata discount for the new plan. The value of the remaining time will be automatically deducted from the cost of the upgraded subscription.
