Legacy Subscription Plans: Features, Limitations, and Upcoming Discontinuation

  • Legacy plans will be discontinued in the future and will no longer receive updates or new features. Once you switch to a current plan, you cannot revert to your legacy plan.

  • To continue using the latest tools, features, and support, you’ll need to upgrade to one of the current plans: Starter, Pro, or Expert.


What Are Legacy Plans?

Legacy plans are older 3Commas subscription tiers that are no longer offered to new users. If you are on one of these plans, you can continue to use it for now, but no improvements or new features will be added.

Legacy plans include:

  • Legacy Free plan – No demo trading, limited real trading access.

  • Legacy Beginner plan

  • Legacy Starter plan

  • Legacy Advanced plan

  • Legacy Professional plan

  • Legacy Pro plan

  • Legacy Expert plan

Why Switch to a Current Plan?

Important

  • If you switch from a legacy plan to one of the current plans (Starter, Pro, or Expert), you cannot return to your previous legacy plan.

FAQ

Can I keep using my old plan?

  • If your recurring payments are already enabled (you see "Recurrent subscription under "Date End" column), no actions are required. Your legacy plan will remain active until special announcements.

  • If you previously disabled recurring payments (you see a date under "Date End" column), you’ll need to purchase your current legacy plan again using a fiat payment method (bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal) to re-enable recurring billing.   • Make sure recurring payments are active before October 28th, 2025 if you wish keep your legacy plan. However, if you would like to stay fully supported and get access to upcoming tools we recommend exploring the new plans once they become available.

Can I switch back to my previous plan later?

Once the new plans and pricing structure are introduced, older plans will no longer be available for re-activation. But you can explore different plans to suit your needs.

I purchased my plan in the mobile app and the recurring payment is active. Can I move to new plans?

Subscriptions are no longer available for Mobile In-App payments. To explore new plans, please complete your subscription purchase using the 3Commas Web Interface.

I already have a plan but want to upgrade to one of the new options. What should I do?

Starting October 28, 2025, you’ll be able to:

- Upgrade to a higher-tier plan by paying only the difference, or

- Queue a new plan to start automatically when your current one ends.

This gives you flexibility to transition smoothly at your own pace.

I want to switch to a new plan right now. Is that possible?

The updated plans will go live on October 28, 2025. Once they’re available, you’ll be able to make changes right away. It is only a few days away!

I don’t see my current plan on the Subscriptions page. Where can I find it?

If you are using a Legacy Plan, it now appears under the “History” tab on the Subscription page. Your active subscription will remain valid until expiration or cancellation.

Where can I find information about the new prices?

Full pricing details will be available on October 28th, 2025, directly on the Subscriptions page. You can also follow 3Commas on social media to get notified as soon as the updates go live.

I paid for my subscription using cryptocurrency. Can I keep it active?

Recurring billing isn’t available for crypto payments. To stay subscribed to you old plan without interruption, simply make a new payment using a fiat method (bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or PayPal) before October 28, 2025 and enable recurring payments.

What happens if I don’t do anything before October 28, 2025?

Nothing changes immediately. Your current plan will continue until it expires.

After that, you’ll be able to select one of the new 3Commas plans (Starter, Pro, or Expert) to continue with the full feature set and ongoing updates. If you wish to keep your current legacy plan kindly enable recurrent billing payment option before October 28th, 2025.

I have an annual legacy plan that renews after October 28, 2025. What should I expect?

You’ll keep your current plan until your renewal date. When it renews, you’ll be able to choose from the new pricing options available at that time.

Yes! All new users can start with a free 14-day trial to get familiar with 3Commas and explore the available features before purchasing a subscription. Learn more about our subscriptions.
