Why Are We Renaming DCA Bot Entities?
To make 3Commas DCA Bots easier to understand, we are updating some key terms to align with widely used trading terminology. Many of our existing terms were unique to 3Commas but did not match industry standards, making it difficult for both new and experienced traders to adapt quickly.
These changes are designed to:
Improve clarity – Names now match terminology used in major exchanges like Binance, Bybit, and OKX.
Reduce the learning curve – Traders familiar with traditional trading terms can navigate 3Commas more easily.
Enhance usability – Users can better understand bot settings and optimize their strategies faster.
The functionality remains exactly the same—only the names are changing.
