Active Trades and Bots: Bots have been stopped on your account; active trades and DCA deals have been cancelled, please manage your positions using your Exchange's interface.
Recreate Limit TP or SO: To recreate Limit Take Profit (TP) or Safety Orders (SO), you must do it directly on the exchange.
Delete API Keys: Delete any API keys that were connected to 3Commas from your exchange's interface for security purposes.
What is happening? Why are these changes happening?
To ensure compliance with the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA), 3Commas will introduce changes affecting users in Estonia. These regulations are designed to provide better consumer protection, prevent market abuse, and ensure transparency within the crypto-asset space. As of December 29, 2024, Estonian users will no longer be able to access 3Commas services.
3Commas endeavoured to send 2 notification emails starting from December 17th, 2024, to all affected users to notify them of these changes in advance.
When will these changes occur?
December 28, 2024: Deadline to close bots, trades, and update billing details (if necessary), otherwise they will be automatically stopped and cancelled.
December 29, 2024: Estonian users will be restricted from accessing the 3Commas web or mobile apps.
