Important Notice for Estonian Users

As part of our compliance with the Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) Regulation, access to 3Commas has been restricted for all users located in Estonia. We are actively working on a solution to restore access in the future. Please monitor this article for updates.

What’s Changing?

To comply with MiCA Regulation 2025, 3Commas has introduced access restrictions for users in Estonia. These changes were implemented to meet regulatory standards across the European Economic Area (EEA), and Estonia is currently classified as a restricted jurisdiction.

Effective December 29, 2024:

  • Access to the 3Commas web and mobile apps is blocked for Estonian IPs.

  • All bots and active trades were automatically stopped or canceled.

  • API keys connected to 3Commas are no longer active.

  • You must manage open positions directly through your exchange interface.

Tip: If you used Limit Take Profit (TP) or Averaging Orders (AO), you’ll need to recreate them manually on your exchange.


Required User Actions

Please take the following steps to secure your account and trading activity:

  • Log into your exchange account and manage any open positions directly.

  • Delete any API keys that were connected to 3Commas.

  • Do not attempt to reconnect your exchange via the 3Commas interface at this time.
