At 3Commas, we're committed to providing you with the best possible experience. Whether you need assistance with our platform, have questions about a feature, have a suggestion, or encounter any issues, our support team is here to help. In this article, we’ll guide you through the various ways you can reach out to our support team, ensuring that you receive timely and effective assistance whenever you need it.

There are two main ways of contacting the Support Team:

It is located in the bottom right corner of the 3Commas page:

Via Mobile Applications

Click on the "Settings" button, then "Help", then "Support", and you will see the widget similar to one on web:

Via Email

Just write us a letter to this address: [email protected]. This is the only way to get help from the Support team if, for example, you have trouble logging in. Make sure to write a support request from the email address that you used to sign up or associated with other sign-up methods (AppleID, Facebook, Google or Binance accounts).

IMPORTANT RULES TO REMEMBER!

  1. Our Community team and Support agents WILL NEVER write you first in Direct messages on any platform!

  2. 3Commas WILL NEVER send you emails asking to provide your personal information, especially regarding logging into your account!

  3. 3Commas WILL NEVER call you to advise you to use a 3Commas service or offer help setting up 3Commas tools.

  4. Don't share any kind of personal or sensitive information in the community chats!

  5. If you have technical issues, make sure to open the ticket with the support team! Beware of scams and phishing links!

  6. There are many phishing websites pretending to be 3Commas or 3Commas' partners! Always stay alert and check the website URL, it's https://3commas.io or https://app.3commas.io/d.

  7. Some 3rd parties claim they are in partnership with 3Commas. Some of them are indeed the partners, but most of them are not! Make sure to read this article regarding third parties stating they are 3Commas' partners:

  8. Many scammers and impersonators pretend to be members of the 3Commas team! They will write you first offering help and support! Don't write them just block and report!
