Check Payment Status

To check the status of your payment:

  1. Open the Subscription page.

  2. Go to the Subscription History tab.

  3. Click on the "Check Status" icon.

⚠️ Note: Some failed payments may not have a status link.

Why Payments Fail

1. Insufficient Payment Due to Missing Fees

  • Fees are calculated on CoinPayments' side.

  • You must pay the requested amount + transfer fees, which are displayed on your withdrawal page.

  • If you send an incomplete payment:

    • You can pay the remaining amount (plus transaction fees), OR

    • Wait for the payment request to fail, and CoinPayments will send a refund email.

📩 Check your inbox and spam folder for an email from CoinPayments before retrying the payment.

2. Slow Exchange Processing or Delayed Confirmation

  • Some exchanges process withdrawals slowly (e.g., once per day).

  • If a transaction takes too long, CoinPayments may time it out due to crypto price fluctuations.

  • If your payment timed out, check your email for a refund link.

💡 To avoid delays:

  • Use a faster crypto network (e.g., LTC instead of BTC or USDT).

  • Withdraw from a wallet, not directly from an exchange.

3. Payment Failed and Cannot Be Completed

Refunds for Failed Payments

If a payment fails, CoinPayments will send a refund link to your email.

Possible Reasons for No Received Funds:

  • The withdrawal was not completed.

  • You have multiple payments and mistakenly used the wrong one.

  • The exchange or wallet sent funds too late.

📌 Check your spam folder for the refund email before reaching out for support.

Important Reminders

Use the correct currency and network.

  • Only L1 mainnet coins are accepted.

  • Sending funds via an incorrect network can result in permanent loss.

What if I used the wrong network?

  • In some cases, CoinPayments may be able to retrieve funds.

  • Contact CoinPayments support here with:

    • Transaction ID (TX ID)

    • Wallet address used

    • CoinPayments reference number (if unknown, 3Commas support can help retrieve it).

Remaining Balance Issues

Your payment may be short if:

  • You did not add withdrawal fees from your exchange or wallet.

  • You rounded down the required amount instead of sending the exact value.

🕒 If there's still time:

Send the remaining balance (or slightly more) to the same payment address.

If the time expired:

Wait for a refund and create a new payment.

Transaction Confirmations

If your payment shows the correct amount sent but lacks enough confirmations, this may be due to:

  • Delayed exchange processing

  • Low transaction fees

  • Network congestion

If the status is NOT "Cancelled" or "Timed Out", wait until the payment is fully processed.

🚫 If the status is "Cancelled" or "Timed Out", you must create a new payment.
