Steps to Contact a Live Agent if our AI Chat Bot's Answer Doesn’t Help

1. Locate and click on the widget in the bottom-right corner of any 3Commas page to open the support window and then click on "Send us a message" where you can type your question or concern.

2. Click the “Ask a Question” button.


3. Describe Your Problem. Type your issue in the text box. Be as specific as possible so our AI chat bot can give you the best answer.

4. Review our AI Chat Bot's Answer

  • Our AI Chat Bot will provide a response based on the information available in our Help Center.

  • If the answer solves your issue—great! You’re all set.

5. If You’re Still Unsatisfied. If our AI chat bot's response doesn’t help, you can request for a Live Agent like below and it should transfer you to an agent.

  • Paid plan users can connect with a live agent by typing "live agent".

  • Free users cannot reach a live agent by typing "live agent" or escalating in the chat — even repeatedly. You can contact us via email instead. Email us at: [email protected]
