4. Interactions and Usability
The Market Data Insight tool is designed to help traders make informed, data-driven decisions. Here’s how it works:
Selecting a Pair:
Click on any pair listed in the screener to automatically apply it to the pair selector.
In Single-pair type, each click replaces the current selection.
In Multi-pair type, selected pairs will be added as long as they share the same quote currency.
Quote Currency Rules:
In Multi-pair mode, if you need to select pairs with different quote currencies, you must reduce the selection to zero before changing the quote currency.
Favorites and Memory:
The system remembers your filtering and sorting preferences for each account and bot strategy (Long/Short).
5. Error Notifications
When using Market Data Insight, you may encounter some helpful error messages designed to prevent setup mistakes:
"You have selected pairs with a different quote": Displayed in Multi-pair mode when you select more than one pair with differing quote currencies.
"This pair has already been chosen": Shown if you attempt to select the same pair twice.
"No data for Market Data Insight": Displayed for any unknown data issue.
"No result for selected filters": Appears if your filters are too restrictive, yielding no results.
