Updated the multi-pair Signal Bot pause threshold to 5 × the number of selected pairs consecutive failed trade attempts. For example, 10 pairs require 50 consecutive failures. Failures are counted across the bot, not separately for each pair.

Fixed an issue where Scale Out left Take Profit quantities unchanged after reducing a position.
