3Commas will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing an obligation under these Terms and Conditions that is due to any of the following causes (hereinafter referred to as “Force Majeure”), to the extent beyond its reasonable control: acts of God, accident, riots, war, terrorist act, epidemic, pandemic, quarantine, civil commotion, breakdown of communication facilities, breakdown of web host, breakdown of internet service provider, natural catastrophes, governmental acts or omissions, changes in laws or regulations, national strikes, fire, explosion, or generalized lack of availability of raw materials or energy.

2-year plans are non-transferable to any other person or entity, for any reason, in any way or under any circumstances whatsoever, and may not be sold or exchanged for cash or any other service.

Existing users of 3Commas may also claim this offer by upgrading their existing plan.

The 2-year plan subscription is limited to one purchase per user, is non-transferable, and may not be sold or exchanged for cash or any other service. 3Commas reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time.

3Commas will make a commercially reasonable effort to preserve the current features of the purchased plan for the period of the 2-year subscription. However, features may change at 3Commas' sole discretion, including but not limited to changes in order to respond to latest trends or improve user experience. 3Commas will make reasonable efforts to inform users of any significant changes to the subscription plan.

3Commas may also, from time to time during the term of the 2-year plan, implement changes to the Expert subscription in the normal course of its business. Nothing in this agreement shall preclude or limit 3Commas' right or ability to modify such subscriptions or the features offered as part of that service. You shall be provided access to the Expert subscription on the same terms as 3Commas offers such subscriptions to other users of the service.

3Commas retains the authority to terminate the 2-year subscription, without compensation, in the event of, including but not limited to, liquidation, bankruptcy, change of control, sale of all or substantial part of the assets, or any other significant changes in the company structure.

By purchasing the 2-year subscription, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, 3Commas Terms of Use, and Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, you shall not purchase the 2-year subscription.

3Commas shall not refund any money to the customer in relation to any portion of the Service, including any portion of the “2-year” fee if it has to terminate the user account should the user violate 3Commas' Terms of Use.

Customers may receive a refund, according to 3Commas' annual subscription refund policy, provided their account was not terminated by 3Commas for a violation of the Terms of Use.

The Backtest Strategy Competition is open exclusively to U.S.-based customers with an active 3Commas account during the competition period. Customers in the EU, EEA, and other international regions are not eligible to participate or receive prizes. The competition will run alongside the Backtest Awareness Promo from 25 August 2025 to 24 September 2025 and will be conducted in two rounds of two weeks each, as follows: Round 1 from 25 August to 8 September 2025, and Round 2 from 8 September to 22 September 2025. Voting will take place on Reddit and X (Twitter).

A total of four winners will be chosen, two from Twitter and two from Reddit. Each winner will receive a one-month Expert Plan (via a 99% discount code), a private mentoring session with a 3Commas trading expert, and the opportunity to have their strategy showcased during a live stream. Winners will be selected based on voting results and a final review by 3Commas to ensure compliance with contest rules.

Participants must submit original trading strategies, and any submissions containing plagiarized or copied content will be disqualified. 3Commas reserves the right to remove any participant or disqualify entries that violate these Terms and Conditions, the 3Commas Terms of Use, or applicable laws. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or other services. 3Commas may modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at its sole discretion.
