Asset Managers (AMs) can now generate detailed reports for multiple clients and export them seamlessly to the Client Dashboard or as PDFs via email. This guide outlines the steps to create reports, details the report structure, and explains how to handle potential errors during the process.

Asset Managers can:
Generate and export reports for selected clients in just a few clicks using the Launcher on the Clients List page.
Share reports via the Client Dashboard or email them as PDFs.
Customize report details such as period, profit share, settlement date, and asset display.
Step-by-Step Process
1. Selecting Clients
Navigate to the Clients List page.
Use the checkboxes to select the desired clients.
Selected clients appear in the Launcher with their respective accounts.
2. Configuring Report Details
In the Launcher, confirm the following details:
Period: Define the reporting timeframe.
Profit Share: Enter the percentage split agreed upon with the client.
Settlement Date: Specify the date for the client to pay the fee.
Asset Display: Choose the asset to display balances.
3. Generating the Report
Click the Export button to generate the report.
The report is sent to:
The Client Dashboard.
The client’s email as a PDF.
If an error occurs during the process, it will be reflected in the Launcher, allowing you to:
Retry the process.
Use the Back button to return to the previous screen and adjust settings.
Report Structure
The generated report is divided into three main sections:
1. Charts Section
Donut Chart: Displays the overall traded volume during the reporting period, divided by assets.
PnL Change: Shows the total balance at the end of the period and the PnL change from start to finish.
Equity Chart: Illustrates balance fluctuations throughout the reporting period.
Exchange Cards:
Provide account and exchange details, including line charts of asset values and total assets.
Note: Exchange cards are not included in the PDF version.
2. Statistics Section
A simple table summarizing key data:
Period: Start and end dates of the reporting period.
Balance Start: Value at the beginning of the reporting period.
Balance End: Value at the end of the reporting period.
Account Balance Change: Difference between end and start balances.
PnL: Realized profit/loss for the period.
ROI: Return on investment during the reporting period.
Performance Fee: The percentage split entered in the Launcher.
Manager Fee Due: Calculated as Performance Fee × PnL.
Settlement Date: As entered in the Launcher.
3. Trades Section
A detailed table of all trades during the reporting period:
Date: When the trade was opened.
Pair: Trading pair (e.g., BTC/USDT).
Type: Long or Short.
Price: Opening price.
Quantity: Number of lots.
PnL: Realized profit/loss for each trade.
Handling Errors
If an error occurs during report generation:
Error Notification: The Launcher will display the issue.
Retry Option: Restart the process by adjusting settings.
Back Button: Return to the previous screen in the Launcher to reconfigure details.
