Updated this week

What is Basket Trading?

Basket Trading is a feature in the Asset Manager dashboard that enables AMs to:

  • Open a single trading instrument across multiple accounts simultaneously.

  • Ensure all selected accounts share at least one common exchange connection.

  • Manage trades efficiently through a centralized launcher.

How to Use Basket Trading

1. Access the Basket Trading Launcher

  • Navigate to the Asset Manager dashboard.

  • Use the checkboxes next to client accounts to select at least two accounts.

    • Tip: Ensure the selected accounts share access to at least one common exchange for Basket Trading to work.

Exchange Filter:

  • Use the Exchange Filter to refine account selection.

    • Example: If you choose Binance and Bybit in the filter, only accounts connected to these exchanges will appear in the table.

2. Verify Basket Trading Details

After selecting accounts, the Basket Trading launcher will open. Confirm the following details:

  • Exchange: Verify the common exchange for all selected accounts.

  • Accounts: Check the list of accounts included in the trade.

  • Trading Instrument: Choose between DCA or SmartTrade.

  • Pairs: Select the desired trading pair for the instrument.

3. Initiate Basket Trading

  • Once all details are verified, click the Trade button.

  • You will be redirected to the trading instrument form to finalize settings.

Trading Instrument Form:

  • Configure the trading parameters for the selected instrument (e.g., entry price, take profit, stop loss).

  • Initiate the trade or start the DCA bot.

Post-Trade Navigation

Once the Basket Trade is created:

  • If using a DCA Bot, you will be redirected to the DCA Bots tab on the main dashboard.

  • If using SmartTrade, you will be redirected to the Trades tab on the main dashboard.
