1. Accessing the Dashboard:
Use the Switcher in the 3Commas header or an external link provided to navigate to the Asset Manager interface.
After choosing the Asset Manager account, the layout switches to the Dashboard below:
⚠️ Note
If you don’t have an active Asset Manager subscription, your dashboard will show a message with an option to contact our sales team for help.
2. Generate a Client Invitation Link
a. On the dashboard, click the "Invite Clients" button (visible if no clients are connected).
b. Enter your nickname and generate an invitation link.
⚠️ Important:
Once an invitation link is created, it cannot be changed. Ensure the nickname you use is professional and relevant to your branding or business. For example, avoid using generic labels like “Crypto1234.” Instead, use a descriptive and professional nickname such as “TradingCompanyName” to make the link clear and recognizable for your clients.
c. Share it with your clients or send it directly via email.

3. Client Registration
a. Clients use the provided invitation link to open the Sign-Up Page.
b. Enter the nickname and email address. A Magic Link will be sent to the provided email address for sign-in. Alternatively, a code can be manually entered.
c. If the client is already registered, they can use the "Login" button in the top-right corner of the page.
And enter their registered email address.
Here's what the clients see once they click on "Send Link". They can either sign in using the Magic link or enter the code. If they used the Magic Link, they can close this page.
d. Connect their exchange accounts securely to the Asset Manager dashboard.

4. Managing Connected Accounts
Once clients are connected, the Asset Manager Dashboard offers tools to manage their accounts effectively:
Connect or disconnect Exchanges securely.
View trade history and performance summaries for each client.
Access detailed client reports to monitor and evaluate trading activity.
