Referral codes and promo codes are different. If you want to apply a referral code, use this guide instead.
Applying a Promo Code
Go to the Subscription page and open the Promo Code tab.
Enter your promo code and click Apply.
If the code is valid, you’ll see the discount or benefit applied.

If the promo code isn’t working, check for:
Typos
Extra spaces
Promo code terms (eligibility, plan, and expiration)
Managing Promo Codes
You can cancel an active promo code and apply a new one if needed.
Some promo codes apply immediately. Others are queued and extend your subscription after your current period ends.
Reminder
Discount promo codes apply to the base price of subscriptions.
Promo codes do not stack on top of other discounts. Example:
A 25% promo code is calculated from the base monthly price multiplied annually (for example, $49 × 12). If you already have a discounted rate like $37/month (annual discount), the promo code does not apply on top of that.
Always review promo code terms before applying. Invalid promo codes sourced from third-party websites cannot be replaced by 3Commas. Always use official 3Commas promotions to ensure the codes are valid.
Upgrading with a Pending Promo Code?
If you applied a promo code that extends your subscription time and then try to upgrade to a higher plan, you may see an error because the promo code is pending.
