These Terms and Conditions related to the 3Commas Gifts During Bybit WSOT are active between 1.10.2024 and 31.10.2024 ('Defined Period'), regardless of when the Participant entered it, provided that it happens during the Defined Period.
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. By participating in the 3Commas Gifts During Bybit WSOT (the "Campaign"), each participant ("Participant") unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Promoter, which shall be deemed final and binding in all respects. The Promoter is responsible for the collection, submission, or processing of entries and the overall administration of the Campaign.
The Campaign begins on 1.10.2024 and ends on 31.10.2024. The winners will be notified before 12.11.2024.
Eligibility Requirements
This Campaign is available to participants aged 18 years or over, excluding the Promoter’s affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents. Participants must comply with the 3Commas Terms of Use.
To be eligible, participants must not be legal residents of the following countries: Bolivia, Colombia, Turkey, Bangladesh, China, Algeria, Egypt, Iran, Morocco, Afghanistan, Belarus, Burundi, Cuba, Iraq, Liberia (Former Regime of Charles Taylor), Libya, Myanmar (Burma), Nicaragua, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Ukraine (only applicable to Donetsk, Luhansk, and Crimea regions), Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe.
Additionally, we need to mention that Bybit does not offer services or products to Users in a few excluded jurisdictions, including the United States, the Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Singapore, Canada, France, the United Kingdom, North Korea, Cuba, Iran, Uzbekistan, Russian-controlled regions of Ukraine (currently including the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions), Sevastopol, Sudan, Syria, or any other jurisdictions in which we may determine from time to time to terminate the services at our sole discretion (the “Excluded Jurisdictions”).
Participants who breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed ineligible and shall forfeit any entitlement to receive any rewards.
Entry Methods
Participants can enter by having a paid-plan subscription to 3Commas and performing trades on Bybit using 3Commas tools during the campaign. To do so, they must create an account, confirm their email, connect to a Bybit account, choose and purchase one of the paid subscription plans and trade on Bybit using 3Commas tools.
Each participant is limited to one account. Any participant found using multiple accounts will be disqualified.
20% discount on our Pro Plan:
Participants may connect their Bybit account to 3Commas by October 31st to get a 20% discount promo code on 3Commas 1-month Pro Plan subscription.
Promo codes will be sent to Bybit users via email. New users who have connected Bybit to 3Commas will receive promo codes in a once-a-week email (one promo code and email per user).
There will also be a pop-up in the web app for all Bybit users displaying this promo code for the discount.
Prizes
Participants may win prizes based on their leaderboard position as follows:
1st Place:
A promo code with a 50% discount for 1-year subscription
Merchandise box - one T-shirt, one Cap, one Shopper and one pen
2nd - 5th Places:
A promo code with a 45% discount for 1-year subscription
Merchandise box - one T-shirt, one Cap, one Shopper and one pen
6th - 10th Places:
A promo code with a 40% discount for a 1-year subscription
11th - 50th Places:
A promo code with a 30% discount for a 1-month subscription
The prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. The organiser reserves the right to modify the prizes or distribution method at any time.
If the merchandise gift box delivery is impeded, winners will be provided with a discount on a 3Commas subscription. All such cases are to be discussed with winners using their preferred communication channels.
Campaign Timeline
The campaign is active 1.10.2024 10:00 AM UTC time - 31.10.2024 10 AM UTC time. Participants can trade during this period to gain trading volumes and win prizes.

Winner Selection
The winner is chosen based on the total trading volume in USD traded on Bybit using 3Commas tools during October 2024 (1.10.2024 and 31.10.2024).
The minimal trading volume needed to be eligible for the prizes is 100,000 USD during the Campaign period.
Rewards will be distributed within 12 days following the end of the Сampaign via 3Commas official communication channels specified in clause 4.2. hereto.
Data Protection
Participants' personal information will only be used for the purposes of this campaign. The data will be processed in line with applicable data protection legislation. By participating in the campaign, Participants agree that their information may be used by the 3Commas as stated in the 3Commas Privacy Notice, available at https://3commas.io/privacy-notice. Modification and Cancellation
The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the campaign at any time. If such changes occur, they will be communicated promptly to participants through the 3Commas social media account.
General Terms
By participating in the 3Commas Gifts During Bybit WSOT, users agree to these Terms and Conditions. Any participant who does not agree to these terms should refrain from participating.
