What is Pnl and uPNL?

uPNL: Unrealized profits and losses.

Updated over a week ago

PnL stands for Profit and Loss.

It represents the result of the closed trades, whether it's a profit or loss. Usually, the profit is displayed in green color, and the loss is in red.

uPnL stands for Unrealized Profit and Loss.

An Unrealized Profit occurs when an asset is purchased and then rises in value but hasn't been sold:

An Unrealized Loss occurs when an asset is purchased and then falls in value but hasn't been sold:

There are other places on 3Commas where you can see the uPNL

1. On My Deals page, it's the uPnL of active Bot deals:

The number displays how much profit or loss ALL active trades currently have. In other words, this much loss (or less profit) you can get if you close all active deals at once at the current market price.

Here, you can see separately PnL and uPnL or Total profit - a combination of PnL and uPnL for each bot.

As in the new DCA launcher, here you can also display separately PnL and uPnL or Total profit - a combination of PnL and uPnL for each bot.

Please remember!

In the new DCA launcher and the Control panel, the uPnL information is updated with some delay, so it might be slightly different from the real uPnL. If you want to see the real uPnL, you can refresh the specific bot or open the stats for the specific bot.
