Why should 3Commas users go through verification?

If your subscription plan is “Binance Trader” you can increase withdrawal limits by getting verified.

Also, in case there is ever a conflict situation, 3Commas support may ask you to undergo additional verification in order to ensure the security of your account and financial transactions.

How to get verified?

To go through the verification process, you need to open settings and select "Identity verification"

By clicking "Verify by Synaps" you open a window where you need to enter your email address. If necessary, you can change the language in the upper left corner.

Once you enter the email, a six-digit code will be sent to this email address. You need to enter this code in the next window.

Now, identity verification. Select a document that confirms your identity: passport, identity card, or resident permit.

After you choose the type of document - you must select the country that issued this document, fill in the first and last name, and upload a photo of the document. The uploaded image should not be blurry and should be up to 4 megabytes in size.

Then upload a photo of the back of the document or the second page of the passport.

Next, you need to take a selfie. If you cannot take a selfie using the same device which you are passing the verification on, click the “Email me liveness link” button, then open the letter you received using the device which you will take a selfie with.

After you take a selfie, Synaps will start to check your data. When the verification is complete, you will receive an email with a confirmation of the successful or unsuccessful verification.
