Some failed payments don't have the link.

Payments fail when:

  • You don't add an exchange withdrawal fee.
Fees are calculated on Coinpayments` side. You should pay the requested amount plus transfer fees, which are shown on your withdrawal page. You have to pay the missing amount (plus transaction fees) or wait until the payment request fails and a Refund email from Coinpayments is sent. Please check your email for a message from Coinpayments. It may be in your Junk/Spam folder. After that, you can try to pay again.

  • The exchange processes withdrawals slowly or once a day, or the transaction doesn't confirm in time.
Please check if the transaction is Canceled/Timed Out. As Crypto to Fiat prices fluctuate wildly in a short space of time, the CoinPayments processing system has an expiry time for a transaction to complete. Some exchanges can take unduly long to send withdrawals, and often, the transaction will time out before reaching CoinPayments. If you want to avoid unnecessary delays, you can use a Crypto that transfers faster (such as LTC and not BTC or USDT) or send from a wallet and not an exchange. If your payment is "timed-out", please check your emails as you will find a message that contains a link you need to click to be refunded. The email may be in your Junk/Spam folder.

You can't finish failed payments, make a new one.

You get a refund if the payment fails

CoinPayments sends a refund link to your email when there's confirmed funds.

No received funds

  • You didn't finish the withdrawal

  • You have multiple payments and used another one

  • The exchange or wallet sent funds too late

Remember!

Make sure to pay with the correct currency and network (only L1 mainnet coins are accepted)! If the wrong currency or network was used to send the funds, this can mean the funds are permanently lost and unrecoverable.
However, in some instances, CoinPayments.net can retrieve the funds and send them back to you. In order to see if this is possible, please contact CoinPayments.net using their support process, which you can access from this link: https://www.coinpayments.net/supwiz-buyer You'll need one of the following details to create a support request with them: Transaction ID (also known as the TX ID) of your payment, or the wallet address you sent the funds to or CoinPayments reference number for the payment. If you don't know the CoinPayments reference number, please contact the 3Commas support team, and we can help find it for you.

Remaining

  • You didn't add exchange withdrawal or wallet transaction fees

  • You rounded down the required amount

If there's enough time to make another transaction, you can send the remaining or slightly more to the SAME payment address:

If the time ends, wait until you get a refund and create a new payment

Confirmations

When received and needed amounts are equal, but you don't see enough confirmations:

  • The exchange sent funds too late

  • You sent it with a small transaction fee

  • Currency network is slow due to overload

If the status is not "Cancelled / Timed Out", wait until the payment finishes. Otherwise, you should pay again. You'll get the refund link for the failed payment when it is confirmed on the blockchain.

P.S. If you missed the Refund email from CoinPayments or have other payment problems, please contact CoinPayments.net using their support process, which you can access from this link: https://www.coinpayments.net/supwiz-buyer.
