Important!
Before deleting your 3Commas account, make sure you have closed your positions, deleted APIs and bots, and canceled your subscription (auto-renew).
Log in to your 3Commas account.
Close all opened positions and delete all APIs in "My Exchanges" page.
Click on the profile icon in the top right corner and select "Settings".
Select "Terminate" in the Remove my account section.
You will receive an email message with an account deletion verification link. Open the link to verify your decision.
After you have completed every step, you will need to wait 7 days for the account to be completely deleted.
How to Cancel Account Deletion Request
Log in to your 3Commas account.
Click on the profile icon in the top right corner and select "Settings".
Select "Cancel Deletion".
