Monthly Telegram Activity Contest Terms and Conditions

This Contest is open to participants aged 18 years or over (each a “Participant”), excluding Promoter’s affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents.

Participants must be active members of the official 3Commas English or Russian Telegram groups during the Contest period.

To be eligible, Participants must comply with the requirements outlined in section 27.1 of the 3Commas Terms of Use, which can be found at https://3commas.io/current-version-terms-and-conditions. Particularly, among other requirements outlined in section 27.1 of the 3Commas Terms of Use, individuals who are legal residents of Bolivia, Colombia, Turkey, Bangladesh, China, Algeria, Egypt, Iran, Morocco, Afghanistan, Belarus, Burundi, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Liberia (Former Regime of Charles Taylor), Libya, Myanmar (Burma), Nicaragua, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Ukraine (only applicable to Donetsk, Luhansk, and Crimea regions), Venezuela, Yemen, or Zimbabwe are not eligible to participate. Due to legal restrictions, residents of Italy are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

Residents of the European Economic Area (EEA)—including Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden, may participate in the Contest but are not eligible to receive prizes.

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, THE CONTEST IS VOID, AND PERSONS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO ENTER THE CONTEST, IN JURISDICTIONS WHERE LOCAL LAW, RULES, OR REGULATIONS (I) RESTRICT, PROHIBIT, OR OTHERWISE REQUIRE CHANGES, DELETIONS, OR ADDITIONS TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, OR (II) REQUIRE GOVERNMENTAL FILINGS BY PROMOTER.

Participants who breach any provision of these 3Commas Monthly Telegram Activity Contest Terms and Conditions shall be deemed ineligible and shall forfeit any entitlement to receive any awards. In addition, the Promoter reserves the right to refuse and reclaim Awards from ineligible Participants or if the Participant violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

The Contest begins on 9 July 2025 and ends on 31 July 2025 (“Entry Period”). Only Telegram messages posted between 9 July 2025 and 31 July 2025 will be evaluated. Winners will be notified by 16 August 2025.

Participants must actively engage in the official 3Commas English or Russian Telegram groups during the Entry Period.

Only one account per individual is allowed. Spam, copy-paste, or emoji-only messages will be excluded. Constructive, thoughtful, and helpful messages will be prioritized.

No third-party or bulk entries are allowed. If it becomes apparent that a Participant is using any means to circumvent this condition, such as submitting messages via multiple identities or acting fraudulently, those Participants will be disqualified and any award entitlement will be void.

Incomplete, irrelevant, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost due to technical reasons or not received for any reason.

Participation is free of charge. The Promoter explicitly disclaims any acceptance of payment for participation. No monetarily appraisable obligation is required to enter.

Winners shall receive 3Commas subscription plans and/or merchandise (each an “Award”), namely:

Final rankings will be determined based on the volume and quality of messages sent during the contest period. Messages must contribute meaningfully to the community.

Awards must be accepted as offered by the Promoter. There is no cash or alternative award, in whole or in part.

Winners shall bear full responsibility for any and all taxes arising from the receipt and acceptance of the Award, unless otherwise decided by the Promoter.

Winners will be contacted via Telegram DM. They must provide additional information (e.g., email address, country, shipping details) within three calendar days of the notification.

If a winner declines or fails to provide the necessary information, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the award entitlement.

It is the Participant's responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date information. The Promoter is not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect details.

The results of Winner Selection are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into. Entry implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute an Award of equivalent or greater value should circumstances outside its control make this necessary.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify winners and may request proof of identity, age, and address.

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any Participant it believes is in breach of these Terms. Any attempt to manipulate the entry process will result in disqualification.

This Contest is not sponsored or administered by Telegram or merchandise providers. You are providing your information to 3Commas, not to any third party.

Entry is at the Participant’s sole risk. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from participation or award acceptance.

The Promoter’s total liability to any Participant shall not exceed €10 or the minimum amount required by law, whichever is higher.

The Promoter may cancel or amend the Contest in cases of tampering, fraud, or other causes beyond its control.

The Promoter is not responsible for technical issues or delivery problems affecting entries, notifications, or award fulfillment.

If any clause is deemed unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall remain valid.

This Contest and its Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the Harju County Court in the Republic of Estonia.

Participant data will be used only in connection with this Contest and in accordance with the 3Commas Privacy Policy.
