These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. By participating in the Most Active User Campaign (the "Campaign"), each participant ("Participant") unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Promoter, which shall be deemed final and binding in all respects. The Promoter is responsible for the collection, submission, or processing of entries and the overall administration of the Campaign.
The Campaign begins on November 4th and ends on November 8th. The winners will be notified before November 9th.
Eligibility Requirements
This Campaign is available to participants aged 18 years or over, excluding Promoter’s affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents. Participants must comply with the 3Commas Terms of Use.
To be eligible, participants must not be legal residents of the following countries: Bolivia, Colombia, Turkey, Bangladesh, China, Algeria, Egypt, Iran, Morocco, Afghanistan, Belarus, Burundi, Cuba, Iran (duplicate entry), Iraq, Liberia (Former Regime of Charles Taylor), Libya, Myanmar (Burma), Nicaragua, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Ukraine (only applicable to Donetsk, Luhansk, and Crimea regions), Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe.
Participants who breach any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed ineligible and shall forfeit any entitlement to receive any rewards.
Entry Methods
Participants can enter by joining the 3Commas English Telegram Chat, 3commas.io на русском. To do so, they must have an account on Telegram, confirm their number, and click 'Join the Group' through the provided links.
Each participant is limited to one account. Any participant found using multiple accounts will be disqualified.
Prizes
Participants may win prizes based on their leaderboard position as follows:
1st Place: 75 USDT
2nd Place: 50 USDT
3rd Place: 25 USDT
The prizes are transferable and exchangeable. The organizer reserves the right to modify the prizes or distribution method at any time.
Campaign Timeline
The campaign is active from November 4th - November 8th. During this period, participants can engage in the chat and be active.
Winner Selection
Winners will be selected based on their activity on the Combot leaderboard at the end of the campaign. Winners will be notified via the telegram handle provided in the combot leaderboard.
Rewards will be distributed within 7 days following the end of the campaign.

Participants' personal information will only be used for the purposes of this campaign. The data will be processed in line with applicable data protection legislation. By participating in the campaign, Participants agree that their information may be used by the 3Commas as stated in the 3Commas Privacy Notice, available at https://3commas.io/privacy-notice. Modification and Cancellation
The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the campaign at any time. If such changes occur, they will be communicated promptly to participants through 3Commas social media accounts.

By participating in the Most Active User Campaign, users agree to these Terms and Conditions. Any participant who does not agree to these terms should refrain from participating.
